Training of Trainers

Over the past few years, Digital Health: Planning National Systems (DH:PNS) has been delivered to hundreds of ministry of health officials and digital health leaders around the world. As the demand for digital health capacity strengthening continues to rise, a need emerged to prepare other trainers with the skills and expertise to deliver this course to their teams.

With that in mind, this Training of Trainers (ToT) was thoughtfully designed by TechChange to enable a flexible and adaptable approach to course planning, considering that different audiences and organizations will have distinct demands and varying levels of support as they go on to deliver DH:PNS in the future. The purpose of this ToT is not to teach the digital health content, but rather to empower future trainers to effectively plan, lead and facilitate their own delivery of DH:PNS.

Developing this ToT brings us one step closer to making the course truly open and available to everyone across the globe who needs it, living up to its status as a Content Global Good.
